Jacquie Franz

 Jacquie Franz, the owner/director, is fully committed to excellence in dance technique, performance and education.  Ms. Franz has studied jazz dance extensively with Karen Finan of the Dance Center and Frederick Bratcher formerly of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company.  She has studied modern dance with Delma Iles, director of Momentum Dance Co., and classical ballet with Thomas Armor and Judith Newman of the Miami Conservatory.  Ms. Franz has been trained in the teachings of the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus of ballet.  In addition to being a F.A.P.A. certified tap instructor.  She has completed twelve years as a jazz and tap consultant for the Dade County magnet program under the direction of Barbara Stein Kuvin.  She  has been guest teacher at the Lavilla school and loves being the Owner/Director of the Academy of Dance. 

 Fallon Hamilton

Ms Fallon Hamilton has been a Dance and Acro instructor for over 5½ years..  This summer we are thrilled to have Ms Hamilton as a part of our staff.

Mindy Dushane

Ms. Mindy Dushane is our Musical Theatre teacher here at Academy of Dance.  She has been a part of music and theater since the age of six.  She has performed in show choir concerts and plays at various venues around Florida.  In addition to being our MTH teacher, she has assisted with The Saint Augustine Community Theatre as well as being the drama and stage director for the North Florida Christian High School Fine Arts Camp.  Ms. Mindy brings us all thing voice, drama and stage performance in a fun and rewarding yet education way.

Wendy Brody

Ms Wendy Brody Is our Wellness Specialist . She will be teaching Yoga and Zumba to our little dancers this summer.  Please check out her Bio on our website. We are so excited to have an instructor of this caliber join our group.
